How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel: open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → tap Noseprint → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Apple manages all refunds via the Report a Problem page.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
The annual plan (€19.99/year) starts with a 3-day free trial. You're only charged if you don't cancel before the trial ends. Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any point during the trial to avoid being charged.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the paywall screen, tap "Restore". The app will query Apple for any active Noseprint subscription tied to your Apple ID and unlock premium access.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. Your selfie is never stored — it's sent once to the analysis service in memory and discarded.
What happens to my selfie?
Selfies are processed in memory only. We do not write them to disk, a database, or any third-party storage. No biometric matching or facial recognition is performed. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
I'm not receiving the verification code email
Check your spam folder first. If still missing after a few minutes, tap "Resend" on the verification screen. Codes are valid for 60 minutes. Some corporate email filters block transactional email — try a personal address if your work email isn't receiving it.
The result page is blurred — what do I do?
The result page is unlocked with Noseprint Premium (annual or weekly). Tap the unlock CTA to start the 3-day free trial or choose the weekly plan. Full disclosure of pricing and auto-renewal is shown on the paywall screen.
