Your selfie

Your selfie is sent once to an external AI service to generate your scent identity. It is processed in memory only. We do not write your photo to disk, to our database, or to any third-party storage. Our AI partner does not retain image inputs for model training under our enterprise terms.

We do not run facial recognition, biometric matching, or any identity-linked analysis. The AI is instructed to interpret aesthetic mood and styling, not biology.

What we store

• Your archetype, the 5 trait scores, and the 3 fragrance IDs we recommended.
• An anonymous session cookie (no email, no name).
• Pseudonymous events (page views, share clicks) once you accept analytics.
• If you upgrade: a Stripe payment record. We never see your card details.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie (your session id) and, after your consent, anonymous analytics via PostHog. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because results are tied to an anonymous session id rather than an account, the fastest way to delete a result is to contact us with the result id (visible in the result URL).
